About the Program

1. Your Organization Registers for Donation Requests

A one-time registration establishes your organization in the program. The organization signs a simple one-page participation acknowledgment that designates a primary program contact. This is a donation arrangement, not a business partnership, which makes it straightforward for schools and organizations to participate.

2. Authorized Staff Submit Requests

Counselors, social workers, athletic directors, coaches, and teachers are the people best positioned to identify young athletes facing financial barriers. When a staff member identifies a student who needs gear support, they submit a request through our online form. Authorized requestors are designated by your organization, not by us. We do not vet individual students or accept self-referrals. Requests come exclusively from authorized staff, who prequalify children as being in need

3. We Review and Fulfill Requests

We review incoming requests and process fulfillment based on inventory availability. How and when gear is delivered depends on your organization's schedule and programs. For example, a school with defined seasonal sports will receive gear differently than a school operating solely on year-round physical education, or a school with students focused on independent sports outside of school. We discuss
delivery timing and logistics individually with each school or sports organizaition to align with their schedule and needs.

4. Your Organization Distributes to the Athlete

A designated staff member receives the gear and distributes it to the child. How and when that happens is entirely within your organization's discretion.
